Return and Exchange Policy - Terms & Conditions
At HL Colours, we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we're happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
Guidelines
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video
A comprehensive 360° unboxing video is required for any defective, missing/misplaced items, or exchange claims. The video should start from the outer package, showing the address label, and continue until the defect is clearly visible without any cuts, pauses, or interference.
2. Color Variation
Please note that there might be a 5-10% color variation due to digital photography and monitor differences. Exchanges and returns are not available for color variation issues. Same applies to dislike or personal satisfaction.
3. Replacement/Refund Process
After reviewing your complaint, we'll provide the return/exchange information. The package has to be shipped back to us by the customer. We suggest shipping through Indian Post Courier only (due to budget-friendly charges). Please follow the steps. Once we receive the returned product, we'll proceed with an exchange or refund, if applicable.
Additional Information
To ensure a smooth experience, please follow these steps:
- Record a proper unboxing video, starting with the FROM & TO address, tracking details, and then showing the 4 sides of the parcel.
- Proceed to open the parcel cover and unbox the complete product, checking thoroughly. If there's any defect, show in the video itself.
- Without proper unboxing video, we cannot assist with returns or exchanges.
- Do not make any fraud attempts by unpacking without recording and then re-packing and recording. This will be considered a fraudulent attempt.
- Return/exchange complaint should be raised on the same delivery day, Delay in reporting will not be entertained.
- Small issues like thread pulls (common in weaving), removable stains or spots, or open stitching are not considered damages.
- For jewelry, adjustable issues or fixable stones are not considered defects.
HL Colours retains the right to decline an exchange request if the reasons are deemed invalid or if the product is not in its original condition.
Returns in Local Delivery Services
- It is important for the delivery address & contact number to be provided correctly.
- Any breach or irregular marking of delivery address in the local delivery system due to technical issues needs to be supported by customer by being available on calls with the delivery agent.
- Incorrect address and unavailability over calls during the delivery times will lead to return of the shipment. Under such return circumstances, the reverse shipment and the next forward shipment charges have to be paid by the customer.
- The shipment service will be available only on business days.
- If the package is not reached you within time period of 12-15 working days, should be notified to us immediately. Excuse this note for pre-booking orders.
